A simple plan for collecting your guests’ wedding photos.

Elviroa · Planning notes

The best collection plan fits into the celebration. Give people a convenient place to contribute, a clear reason to do it and the freedom to choose what they share.

Before the wedding

Decide who will review the shared gallery and where you will keep the originals afterward. Tell guests whether their photos will be visible to other guests. Choose a service with clear storage and export terms.

During the day

Put the sharing link where people already are. A short request on a table card or a brief mention from the host is enough. Let people enjoy the event rather than turning photography into an assignment.

After the celebration

Send one friendly reminder through your existing guest communication channel. People may have photos they forgot to share, especially if reception Wi-Fi was unreliable.

Keep an independent copy

Download originals and check that the files open before deleting cloud copies. If using a backup integration, verify completion and file counts. Keep important memories in more than one place.
