What you share with us

If you submit an early access request, we save your email, wedding date, estimated guest count, needs, current planning method, preferred plan, optional concern and contact consent. We also record your selected language, submission time, whether you viewed a demo or pricing, and campaign parameters when present.

Why we use it

We use requests to understand demand, assess early access fit and contact interested couples about availability. We do not sell early access contact information. Necessary hosting and database providers process data to operate the service.

What stays in your browser

The seating plan and guestbook use temporary sample state. Selected photos and videos are previewed using local browser URLs and are not uploaded to cloud storage. Leaving the gallery releases those preview URLs. Demo guest names are fictional sample data.

Analytics

Analytics are enabled by default during this product-validation preview and no separate consent prompt is shown. PostHog, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity receive page views, interactions, conversion events, device information, campaign attribution, and the shared app_id. PostHog and Clarity may provide session replay; form fields are masked and the lead form is excluded from PostHog autocapture.

Retention and your choices

Early access requests are kept while we evaluate and invite couples. The operator should review inactive requests within 12 months and remove data no longer needed. This preview does not include automatic retention deletion. You can request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information.

This local preview has no configured privacy contact yet. A public launch must add the operator’s contact details before collecting public requests.
